I have dialled my machine in to my tastes, adjusted the internal burrs so I get *exactly* the grind I want, and I use exactly 18g of ground coffee for a double shot. I stir the ground coffee in the group head with a WDT before I tamp it and I get a superb extraction from this bean. Recommended.

A: Hi, it's got a lot more flavour. Crema E aroma not as good for me... SUPER CREMA in addition to EXPRESSO GRAN, TOP CLASS, ALTECO etc, all Lavazza are first class coffees,

Good flavor. I generally find that the medium roast, less robusta lavazza coffee is less bitter and makes better coffee.
