Yes ,absolutely! I cut raw meat at home and cut cooked beef when BBQ outdoor with mine. And it slices through both with ease! Excellent knife!

Yes. This Kitory bone breaker is so heavy. It's a veritable axe knife. I use it to chop pig bones. Perfect!
