Great value for money
I bought this over the combo version as I already had 2 10" speakers as well as a pair of Orange PPC-108 8 inch speakers. I've been using it with the 10-inch speaker cabs since I got it but recently tied the 8-inch and actually prefer the smaller speakers. I don't think this is the best digital amp on the market but it's still very good and fantastic for the price. The preset voices are okay but it's easy to create your own sound and the controls are easy to operate. Connecting to the software on your pc or laptop allows you to download patches and also provides more controls for shaping your sound. Although you could I don't think many people would use this as a gigging amp and it's more at home used as a practice amp. For someone starting out it allows you to try different effects without having to buy pedals. You do need two speakers though to get the benefit of the stereo effects. Sounds good at low volumes and I'm happy I got one.
