TriggerPoint NANO Foot Roller Massager

I didn't realise How much I needed this foot roller until I got it.I own a few Trigger point products, and they are all quality items. This is a great product, and very well made. Solid and sturdy. After a few minutes of use I can really feel the difference. The pain in my heels melted away. It's also useful for rolling on forearms. The only downside of the roller was that it was slipping all over the place as I have a hard floor Amtico. I fixed this very easily by placing a foam play mat square underneath. The type that those foam garden kneelers are made from.

I was skeptical, and it could be coincidence, but the inside of my feet have been aching less after I've been using this for a couple of weeks. It's nice and firm. Only issue is it has a tendency to slide a little on carpet, instead of roll, but it's not a major problem

Works well to massage foot. Would get 5 stars if it had grip or tread on the wheels, as they can slip even on carpet.

Replaced a rubber roller for a tight plantar fascia (ligament from heel to ball of foot). Much easier to use and more effective.

Its good quality, build very solid. The design is a bit like something out of a futuristic movie. And that is to me a big plus. The plastic sides does slip around wooden floors, so the only way to use it is to stand directly on top of it so it dont go to the side. I guess i hoped for a more rubbery feel to the sides. It works perfect on a carpet though. For me, and again this is personal i was hoping for a bit more spiked experience. even when i'm standing right on top of it i don't feel it that much. So if you are looking for a deep foot massage this might not be the thing for you.

Very good product overall. Build construction is excellent quality and the foam is much firmer than on the Grid roller. It's quite easy to use while sitting at your desk which is quite handy. It doesn't slip around as much as a tennis ball for example. If you've got the money, there's no reason not to buy it. If you're on the fence about the product in general or the price, probably just stick to the tennis ball.

I went through a phase of suffering from regular night cramps in my feet, but after just a couple of sessions with the Nano foot roller, my cramp stopped completely. I would recommend this highly!

I bought this to help with plantar fasciatus. I feel the same effect or even better can be gained from a golf ball, cricket ball, frozen water bottle or lacrosse ball. I don't think this product offered much to be honest

Pour le dessous des pieds c'est très bien, s'utilise un peu sur les avant bras aussi. Je conseille d'essayer d'abord un rouleau (foam roller) ou une balle type lacrosse pour le reste. Il faut savoir que les deux roues transparentes sont en plastique très dur et ne tournent pas sur l'axe ; ça permet de s'en servir pour masser d'autres parties du corps en le tenant à la main et en appuyant les roues (sur les cuisses etc).
