Where can i get a case for it?

They don’t do an actual branded case for it as I tried to get one but no such luck , the only thing I can suggest is skullcandy.co.uk do a branded backpack for £59.99 or I suggest you just look out for an unbranded case that fits the speaker and customise it with skullcandy stickers etc.

can this be used with a USB memory device?

It has a USB port, but you can't play music directly from a memory device. It has an aux cord port to play music from and plays music via bluetooth.
