Are the advertised measures accurate? I measured my old base and it's 180mm x 230mm, wonder if this will fit

The advertised measurements are from centre hole to centre hole, not the edges of the metal. If you unscrew your old base and just measure between the holes in your chair, you should be better able to tell if this will fit.

Does this do tilting and raise/lowering in one lever? My current chair has a separate lever for both

Yes it does both actions in one lever, and slides across to lock the chair so it won't tilt.

Does it fit an jl comfurni racing chair?

No idea but most chairs r generic fitrins so ask seller is all u can do......but id say it will bro
