Makes 2kg of fresh cheese  If you like cooking then this is a great gift. If you like eating, then you'll love the taste of fresh, home made cheese. All the ingredients except for milk are included. These kits are vegetarian. Think how impressed your friends will be when you serve them a pizza made with your own mozzarella cheese! These kits aren't toys but with supervision they are great for children to use to learn about how cheese is made. You can use any type of milk (except UHT) with these cheese making kits.  Full, easy to follow instructions are included for making mozzarella, ricotta an ricotta salata cheeses. Other cheeses can be made using online instructions.  These Cheese Monkey cheese making kits are neatly packaged in slim boxes that will fit through your letter box and be delivered by the postman.
