NO it does get the usual coating if left in the atmosphere I always thoroughly wash after use dry and pack in a sealed plastic bag

Can this be used on plastic radiator pipes

It has a very sharp brush at the tip end, it is sharp enough to scratch the inside of plastic pipes but if you can compromise by wrapping it in tape it would be fine. I’m not sure where mine is or I’d check to see if you can take brush off sorry !!

Would this fit down a dishwasher drain hose?

This is not really for that size of pipe. There is a small size made by same company that would fit your dishwasher

Is this suitable for unblocking a sewage pipe running from house under garden?

In my opinion I would say it probably isn’t. Although it would depend on how firm the blockage is. The item wasn’t rigid enough to unblock my drain - it was a rain water drain under my drive way. Th blockage was about 3m in and once the drain cleaner had reached the blockage I wasn’t firm enough for me to apply any pressure to the blockage
