Help, how do you get the wretched lid off?

Ah yes the lid! Run your finger around the side of the tub, you will feel a slight groove where the top and bottom meet together, get a small sharp knife and carefully slice into the groove, through the paper. Go round a few times until you have cut into the label all round then pull apart, then bingo it opens and it was all worth it!! Good luck!

Sorry I no longer have the packaging, but onc I have opened it I keep it in the fridge and it lasts at least three weeks. I use it in cooking as it is a fab seasoning.
