Thick (albeit appropriately so) metal walls with a nice bit of heft and well-machined threads. The o-rings are likewise surprisingly large, stay in place, and seem built to last the duration. Even the carabiner and key ring seem permanently qualified for the job - a pleasant surprise compared to every other pill bottle I've ever had.Having 3 separate compartments is convenient and each one is big enough to house several large pills or quite a few small ones. The body as a whole is just over 3 inches long, with the key ring post it's just about 3.5in - definitely large enough for several days of all your medications and then some. The bottom section is just a tiny bit smaller than the other two, but not enough to make any real difference. You can also leave out the middle section (or potentially add extra sections if you were so inclined) to make a smaller bottle that is very roughly similar to the usual mid-sized bottles you can get at pharmacies and the like.It seems expensive for a pill bottle, but it's very much worth the cost. It's difficult to imagine this thing ever breaking in any way - heck it's barely scratched after weeks of grinding against my keys.
