will any of the tools listed work on a 9.5mm stud found on jeans and to apply the rivet; the punch tools and base is all that is needed..?

It all depends on the rivet size internal and external diameters,as the rivet sits in the dye. Most punches should flatten any rivet. If in doubt depending on where you are if you have a Franklins sewing machine shop or local one that sells the same equipment and accessories you will find punch and I sit there with rivets already included within the set.

What size grommets does this kit set?

This tool has fits all the snap studs that I have tride, it is very useful to all the jobs that I have used it in a good tool

will these work on rivets you would find on jeans located at like the corners of pockets?

They are of the right size for those rivets but I can't answer exactly - I bought the kit to fit aluminium rivets into saucepans- and they worked for that purpose!

Will these set 12mm eyelet and washers into fabric

In a word, NO. This does not include a 12mm setter (though you can use the anvil). I had to buy a seperate 12mm setter from Etsy. This kit is pretty good for the price though, just doesn't set as big as 12.
