The magnets are very strong and hard to pull apart once they clasp together and they can break if they clap together hard so I left the plastic inserts/dividers they shipped them with that are between each of the magnets so when they claps together the magnets don't slap each other hard on then wrapped electrical tape around each magnet with the plastic divider on each side of the magnets that are going to touch together, then used the included 3M double sided tape to adhere to the PetSafe door track on each side (inside and outside) and then matched up on the clear door flap the same way (inside and out) I wasn't worried about look so I didn't really take my time to make it look pretty just usable. I did this because my daughter's cat got out through the dog door and these magnets are stronger so the cat won't be able to push it open but my 15 lb Jack Russell terrier mix can't get in and out fine. Haven't tested it with the cat yet but I can see the strength difference and if the cat can still get out I will just add another magnet set in the middle of the track and door flap as I only did right in left sides only. Just a note thatit did not leave a gap on the sides. By adding it actually gave it more support seal better

These magnets ROCK. I have a number of steel cabinets with fold-out sections of panels. They’re heavy and require 3 hands to manage. I’ve got 2 so it’s not enough. I slapped a couple of these in different locations and NOW the panels remain folded as I work with them! Tried some magnet tape, but it’s way too weak. These magnets come with 3M adhesive tape and WILL STICK where you put them, and WILL HOLD to whatever you put against them. I’m looking for more ways to use them because they’re THAT solid, and I want to stock up a few more. An excellent value.

I've been making epoxy resign squares that I turned into magnets with these. The magnets are much smaller than I expected though they are the exact advertised size.. despite their size they still hold my squares with just 1 magnet. Maybe 2 for the larger ones. The picture is 2oz and 1 magnet holds it no problem.

Simple and does what you expect. Very strong and powerful magnetic piece. 100% recommend. The only drawback is that they send the exact number of double side tape you need, therefore, if you mess with one you will have to find a plan B for that piece in the future.

When they say these are incredibly strong, they are not kidding. They are so strong. It’s very hard to get them apart. In fact they bit me, but they certainly did what they advertised for a little tube. It’s unbelievably strong.

OK so I have a lot to say about these. You can use them for literally anything. For me the number one thing was for my curtains. And for solutions to south and west facing windows. in the first two pictures I show my bathroom which lets in in the late afternoon a lot of light which is a lot of heat especially being on the second floor this is just something quick I can put up in the summer months it takes two seconds. And then I take it down clip them together and put them behind my bathroom door attached to the metal hinge it just sticks right to it out of sight out of mind everything looks beautiful. The third picture is my bedroom I have used them to keep the curtains clipped together in the middle and on the AC. I used to use a pant hanger. The fourth and fifth picture picture and video is my kitchen. I have a curtain there for when I'm cooking to prevent smells from going to the rest of the apartment. These magnets have just made the curtain look more presentable. Most corners have that metal piece on top of the sheet rock it sticks right to the wall. The last bunch of pictures are my office. I love my white curtains and do not want to get blackout curtains but in the summer in the late afternoon this room gets very very very hot. So I had left over black out travel curtains that I tried to use for my bedroom but it failed so I stored them away for two years and thought that I could attach a magnet to one side and the other side and then put them on my blinds because my blinds are metal. The picture does not capture how much darker it is and less heat is coming through. But it is a significant amount! Significant! I attached it with the blinds completely closed and then I attached it also with the blinds closed a little bit so that it covered everything but either way either option it's still helping with the sun in the afternoon on my west facing windows. And I get to keep my white curtains up. I am also away a lot and do not want my apartment heating up while I'm gone or having to run the air-conditioning while I'm not home so these are perfect solutions. These magnets are amazing. I'm in life and I ordered more I don't know what I'm gonna do with them yet but I'm excited to find out!!!

Blown away by the strength and quality of these magnets, could hardly get them apart although I'm pretty weak. Just fantastic for the job I wanted them for - making little insulation panels for attaching onto metal as these will still clamp onto metal even through material. Impressive, nicely produced with no sharp edges, correct size as described and very good quality in handy case. Would definitely recommend.

Aber Vorsicht, bricht schnell. Ansonsten hält er stark.
