Would this hide or improve appearance of cellulite?

It will give an overall tan coverage, hiding flaws too, it will certainly look more attractive...

Can you use sun cream/oil after applying this product?

Obvs not , its a foundation, think about if you had a full face of make up on would you put oil on top, no!!! Its brilliant on its own

If my legs are already tans can I just use this on ugly veins to hide them rather than all over??

To be honest that was reason I brought it but although it helped a little it certainly didn’t hide my ugly veins

Is it waterproof does it come off when going swimming

This leg tan is great. Applies extremely well, dries within 3 minutes, lovely colour and best of all absolutely no odour which is a huge bonus. Colour lasts for 4-5 days and is waterproof. Also it wont mark your clothes or bedding. Can't recommend this product highly enough!! Oooh yes it's a waterproof best one ever.
