I hate seeds in smoothies. Does this smoothie maker filter them out? If not does anyone know a reasonably priced one that does?

No it doesn't filter seeds out, I just let them settle out.

Is it suitable to make an Oreo Milkshake with this? Would it be able to operate well with the biscuit rather than just fruit?

You get what you pay for it is not designed to last long. Will make biscuit milkshake but you shouldn't drink it as full of processed sugar - fruit smoothies are healthier!

How do vegetables like spinach, kale or broccoli do in this machine?

I have put kale in smoothies, and it was fine. Great blender, does ice also, can't go wrong for the price.
