I bought it to encourage my young son to get involved in cooking and as soon as it arrived he went through it and listed the meals he wanted to make. We have made 3 recipes today - it only arrived this morning - and they have all been great. It's full of easy, no fuss food which appeals to adults and children. It's well written and has great photos too.
