Handwriting Workbook Ages 5-7: Ideal for home learning (Collins Easy Learning KS1)

Have used this to help improve my son's handwriting and what an improvement! I've photocopied pages to allow him multiple chances at each exercise and his teachers have noticed a great improvement! Hes more confident and happier with his writing too.

Excellent workbook to help kids practice handwriting.

First half of the book a little tedious for a child who isn't keen on writing in the first place but very easy to use and good exercises. Tiny bit of feedback would be that it confuses my son sometimes that the darker/full line is at the furthest points - i.e. where the top of the t would be or the furthest drop of a p, and it's a dashed line that the body of the p sits on (and above top of body of p) - generally kids are used to the body of the p sitting on a full line. - also perhaps recommend breaking up the single letter practice with some more fun activities rather than saving them all for the second half of the book. Great for helping parents see/learn how the cursive letters are formed.

Collins easy learning books are great for supplementing learning. I have purchased several of these over the years for my grandchildren. Well presented activities. Best used with an adult for more productive outcomes.

Used with my granddaughter. Getting her to hold the pen correctly was the hard bit and not press to hard as it damages the nib area was the hard bit.

Thick book. Double lined to guide the length of the letters which is very helpful.
