Can I use this for all of my screws/threaded bolts on my road bike? Anything that I should keep this away from?

I used it on threaded nuts & bolts and also when joining aluminium tubes together and it has worked fine.

Can this be used for carbon fiber handlebars?

No! Don’t use this!!!! it’s for hub bearings! you require TF2 Carbon Fiber Gripper Paste £4 it’s specifically designed for use in assembling carbon components. Reduces required tightening torque on handles bars, stems and seatposts increases surface friction to reduce slippage and prevent seizing!

What product is good for greasing handlebar ball bearings

You can use any general purpose grease but I would recommend Park Tool HPG-1 High Performance Grease.
