I used it first time for a frozen shoulder. It takes a little while to get into your system but I noticed a reduction in pain after only maybe 3 or 4 days. I found that almost all the background, constant pain with my shoulder went away, and I was just left with the occasional intense pain from jerking my shoulder. I stopped taking them a few times because I started to wonder if they were doing anything, and regretted it every time. The pain came back within a day or two so it was clear the tablets were definitely having an effect. I took them for about 7 months until my shoulder unfroze. I am now using them for runners' knee, with similarly effective results.
