Wynn's Engine Oil Flush Cleans Inside Engine & Removes Harmful Deposits 425ml

Bought this to stop tapping noise coming from engine but it didn't work.

This is an excellent product to use I believe, and I feel has made a big difference to my somewhat ageing petrol V6, that nevertheless performs well, and now better, cleaner, almost no smoke, and dramatically lowered oil consumption - it has also [together with another specific [turbo/ catalytic] cleaner] saved me much time and money in sourcing/ servicing or replacing the turbo. My one consideration - there are a plethora of products from this company, and it has not always been easy to obtain information from them on the best use of the products - this needs to be more interactive and speedy, please, as it has bene in the past. A final caveat - high quality oils and servicing intervals, especially regular oil changes, lie at the heart of good engine maintenance, and I use additives only for very specific purposes.

One can of Wynn's followed by new filter & flushing oil equals clean engine. Wynn's cleans out bits of engine others cannot reach. Always replace the filter & oil after use! Best followed by using flushing oil. Used correctly your engine oil will stay looking like the oil you put in for longer. I use it every time I change a cars engine oil, & it always pays for itself in fuel saved. Does what it says on the tin.

I've got a 2007 car that hadn't been serviced for over 2 years and had been sat outside for a year. I followed the instructions and expected this to really get some sludge out but the oil that came out was just like regular old oil and no sludge at all. Unless my engine and sump are very clean, which I doubt, this didn't do much.

I tried this Wynns flush in a 2009 Mini One and was slightly underwhelmed by it. Sure, it was cheap enough, but I doubted any real cleaning had occurred after looking at the drained oil and old oil filter. Subsequently tried the Liqui Moly engine flush, and found that made a much more noticeable difference to the engine's internal cleanliness, so will be sticking with that at each future oil change from now on. So a slightly disappointed 2 stars from me for Wynns.

I was recommended to wynns products by an old motor engineer friend in the late 1960s or early '70s and since then have religiously used their products in every car I've had since. I've currently got a 1963 Morris Minor which I've owned since 1986 which is now celebrating its 50th birthday today, 25.10.2013, its still on its original engine and still on std crank bearings and std bore size, which by any reckoning is a huge tribute to the quality of lubricants and additives used!

Flushed an old 850cc engine... Nothing came out. Pretty sure there must be crud in there but this didn't get it out... Maybe I'm wrong?

Good quality product and good packaging

Ho utilizzato questo prodotto su una macchina con 380.000 km. Miscelato con l'olio motore e lasciato agire con la macchina avviata al minimo per 15minuti. Terminata questa operazione ho eseguito un tagliando completo.Dopo circa 7000km ho controllato il livello dell'olio e lo stato. Il risultato è che l'olio sembra ancora abbastanza pulito, a differenza dei precedenti tagliandi che passava ad un nero marcato gia nei primi 1000km.

Ottimo prodotto, usato prima del cambio, versato e lasciato in azione con motore acceso per 20 minuti al minimo, scaricato tutto e poi fatto il cambio olio con filtro. Io ho messo poi olio shell 5/40 elix ultra e devo dire che il motore e migliorato tantissimo, e diventato molto silenzieso, e allo stesso tempo con un rumore piú pieno senza tichettií vari, consumi ridotti di un 5% e auto piú pronta. Da adesso in poi ad ogni cambio farò questo trattamento, qualche euro in piú, ma speso bene. Amazon sempre perfetto ricevuto in tré giorni.
