Used to be Brill, Now Bio Filters are complete rubbish! DONT BUY
I just want to make a complaint really. I have been using CF1 filter for my tank perfectly for years. Then i ordered a new 3 month service pack. Then these crappy coconut filters turn up that flake off everywhere including in my fish tank I just wanted the nornal original filters and got these rubbish bio things that are full of holes and u can actually see thru them. They dont fit properly. So i went out of my way spent another 15quid i couldnt afford to get a new CF1 internal filter that fit these rubbish bio things. Finally today i put my new filter in even tho it seems exactly the samr as my old filter and its not actually cleaning my tank. I used your green away product and because its these rubbish bio filters that are that rubbish that its not cleaned your green away product out of my tank. My fish are now swimming in a cloudy tank because them bio filters are that rubbish on the original filterz (nonbio) that cloudy tank from your green away product would have disappeared in like 45min but because these bio filters are that rubbish its not cleaning your own product out of my tank. I want to go back to the original foam and algaway pads but i cant find them anywhere its all these bio rubbish. Im fuming really i have spent like 10quid on 3 month service pack to get biorubbish delivered to my house and another 15 quid buying a new internal filter that fit this bio rubbish that are not fit for purpose. Amazon wont refund becauze i have used this product and its complete rubbish. All fish stuff i buy its always your products including my heater and these bio is complete rubbish, not fit for purpose its all over my tank and house. So i spent 25quid i completely regret it and a cloudy tank from these sub par product. Can you advise how i get the normal original pads otherwise after a decade of being a customer i might have to find a new brand that does normal filters and what i am supposed to do now i spent 25 i already couldnt afford. Go bac to normal filters pls
