Good product
These are just amazing. Totally fixed my bloating and doodoo routine. I am having much less gas and digestion problems than before as i am eating around 200g of protein each and every day.. Totally recommend

Started taking these a few days ago along with probiotics. I struggle with ibs and a lot of bloating. I eat a high protein/carbs diet due to weight training and I believe that was contributing to my bloating. Since taking these my stomach has gone down massively and no painful bloating. I’ve found them easy to swallow and have mine after meals per instructions. I’ve only given it 4* purely because one of the side effects is excess wind 💨 its not very pleasant if you’re out and about but I presume it’s breaking down all the food that my body wouldn’t have normally broken down I have read though it is short lived until my body gets used to them . But overall very good

No longer works
The ingredients changed and this product no longer works. Before they changed I relied on these tablets to help with my lactose intolerance. Now they do absolutely nothing. A waste of money. Thankfully, I have been refunded & will buy other tablets that I know work.

Ich nehme diese Enzyme zusätzlich zu Magensäuretabletten, denn sie enthalten nur Enzyme, keine Säure. Je nachdem, was ich essen, kann ich noch einige Enzyme mehr brauchen. D. Hollas
