MER MASUP5 The Ultimate Polish, 500ml

Top quality polish

Good old MER. Still as good as the last time I used it some 20 years ago. It goes on evenly and hazes up quickly, admittedly it's been warm recently. Yes it does take a bit of extra buffing to get the last of the polish marks out but the bit of effort is well rewarded with a deep lustrous shine. My fine metal flake dark black paint is 6 years old and could do with cutting back to a smooth finish first to get a mirror deep shine. Having said that it did a good job. I'm more than happy.

Great polish - could be easier to buff off (if left to dry as instructed is takes some work to buff off! Far easier to use and better results if buffed off while still semi-moist - but this means you have to work on quite small areas at a time - rather than applying to an entire panel then buffing off, this polish needs to be worked on in 1ft squares which makes doing a whole vehicle quite time consuming.

It's a miracle.. Good quality. Study the instructions. You have 6 month shine.

Great product. Easy to apply even to a slightly damp car and polishes off well with microfibre cloth. Leaves paint shiny and provides excellent water beading on the paintwork .

Going back years I used to use MER wax exclusively so when I saw this I thought I'd try it again and have to say was disappointed, a pig to work with in spite of ideal conditions, still finding polish residues. It makes me wonder what 'based on the original formula' means because its nowhere near what it used to be. It's back to Autoglymm for me.

I was introduced to Mer back in the late 70's at black bush market. It came in a blue bottle back then and was like 5 pound. Makes scratches invisible and is great to use as a soap when washing the car etc.

Ich verwende dieses Mittel schon seit Jahren und kenne kein besseres um kleine Kratzer (z.B. durch Schlüsselbund am Türgriff) mühelos zu entfernen. Das Mittel ist äußerst erbiebig. Einfach ein wenig auf ein Baumwolltuch geben und dann rechtwinklig zum Kratzer einreiben/polieren. Dananch mit einer sauberen Stelle des Tuches Rückstände entfernen und der Lack sieht aus wie neu. Ich kann dieses Mittel nur weiterempfehlen.
