They're extremely comfortable a little tight when you first start using them after about a week though they they're like the the girl who's had one too many kids, frequency and replacing I'm going to say is about every 3 months

On the positive side, much more comfortable than the thin but hard silicone sleeves included with my brand extender. Unfortunately, had same issues others have indicated: due to the way, these are stored or manufactured, they have “seams” on both sides which are a weak point. Split ant the weak point above where it attaches to the cup after only a week in use. Also silly that this always comes with two sizes and a cap - would rather get a multipack of all the same size… but would not get a multipack-pack of these due to issues with quality. Look up “Toe caps” for glans caps and look for the extra long toe caps for a 4-pack of silicone sleeves you can cut to length for a more economical option.

It works as described and is comfortable to use with little to no side effects provided that one is using it within a normal range of tension/activity. Highly recommended!

I found the tubes to be too tight, surprisingly the end piece was actually easier to use as it was easier to stretch and even tho it was smaller it fit more comfortable because it had more elasticity and wasnt so tight

its super good i recommend it. its super tight so no air can come in or out its perfect to use with the hog extender and the total man vacuum cups its perfect for it
