As you have looked or concidered this product like myself im sure you have read alot on different ways to loose weight so hopefully this can help you decide if this is for you.I got this product for losing that last (hard to get rid of) few kgs of fat around my abs and stomach for that 6 pack look, i am 20 and athletic and have found this product has really helped, push my body to lose that last little bit.I used them 3 times a day on an empty stomach as instructed, along with a weights and cardio workout program 3-4 times a week. However the most important factor has been changing my diet to 4-5 smaller high protein meals, which just undercuts my bodies energy needs. I didn't have to starve myself too just had to say no to crisps and chocolate on occasions. I would like to point out it is hard work, alot of meal and time planning but i didn't have to kill myself to do this, this wasn't a extreme lifestyle change, as this i was able to study at uni and have a normal social life. Within roughly a month and a half i lost roughly 3kgs. And i have been very impressed with the small changes made and how these pills have helped. Especially compared to the extreme diets and exercise plans i have read about online that you are told to do to loose weight.Whether or not this was totally down to the pills i don't know, however even the thought i had paid for them and had to take them, made me more aware of timing of taking them and when and what to eat. Which if is a placebo effect doesn't really matter because i still lost the weight.Heres some points i wanted to know before i bought.I found as a very light sleeper this product has NO effect on my sleep at all.Also i found that i had no affect on my stomach or bowels (no real change or pain) which similar product i have read do.I would definately recommend this product even as a if it was just for the placebo effect or making you actually think more about what your doing. My biggest worry before buying was any side effects which i personally have found to be none. (As everyone is different i cannot comment for the whole population).Also i bought this book  Men's Body Sculpting - 2nd Edition  which has really changed my attitude to working out and really helped. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not much to shout about *by C***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 July 2014* I decided to give these a try as I was struggling to lose those last few stubborn pounds and get the lean definition I am aiming for. I choose this product as apposed to the caffeine version as I was worried about how the intake of high amounts of caffeine would effect me. I started off by taking just one a day as again was worried about some side effects others had mentioned but everything was fine so started taking the 3 times a day as instructed. I also took CLA on the advise of others, I choose PhD as it advertised as being for both men and women.In all honesty I can't say I have noticed a dramatic change in my body shape or weight as others have reported. I have continued with my exercise and diet plan thought taking them. Exercise 6 days a week 2 cardio sessions 4 circuit/weight training sessions. Low fat, low carb diet of 1,300 calories a day. I have consistently weighed the same throughout taking these with a +1 -1 Ib difference at times. I have become more toned and both my BMI and Body Fat percentage have decreased slightly but I feel that is more likely down to my exercise and diet routine than taking these pills.It doesn't say these pills are formulated for both men and women so maybe I need to find something more suited to women. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They Actually Work!!! *by T***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 June 2012* First of all when i started training i changed my diet to suit but it seemed as if it was all in vein. I then went for the Thermobol WITH caffeine which were OK, but could not stand staring at my bedroom ceiling night after night because i was dosed up with caffeine (i only took 2 per day never later than 2pm).So then i went for the Caffeine free tabs, and they were great.It seemed as if i had so much more energy in the gym, my stomach was getting flatter and i was getting some great definition in my arms, chest and abs (this wasn't overnight, it took about a month).3 months on and i'm still using the product, and seem to be looking better and better as i do (don't mean to blow my own trumpet but hey, credit where credit is due). I have read a few comments on other sites saying many supplements are just a placebo and you shouldn't waste your money. However these do work.Obviously if you take 3 through-out the day on an empty stomach(as stated on the pack) then go and eat kebabs, pizzas and other junk food, it will not work.
