Can it be used for T V sound??

Yes either by bluetooth if your TV has it, or by 3.5mm audio cable. It is also great to connect to laptops with weak sound and/or crappy little speakers. Makes watching/listening to laptops much better.

Yo, does anyone know if this has an Aux line out socket?

Line out? No. Line in? Yes. Meaning that you can use an audio cable to play music on the SoundCore from a non-Bluetooth audio source. But you can't take what's playing on the SoundCore and line-out it to somewhere else.

When connected to a laptop through 3.5mm cable (and to a powered usb hub for charging) does it turn off when the pc enters sleep mode?

It will stop charging when comp sleeps but will stay switched on if Bluetooth or Aux is present! and don't worry about not charging while comp is off? As the battery in this little Gem lasts for years...Well weeks! but you know what I mean.Awesome bit of kit mate...GET ONE?
