Bought similar vitamins in our local health store. Paid double the price. I knew I had to keep taking them, but couldn't afford to at the higher price. Found these, ingredient list is the exact same. I notice a great difference, better energy levels and less of a flop in the afternoons. I notice if I miss taking them! Excellent product, easy to swallow. They are a little big, but no trouble to take them

I only take one every couple of days as there pretty strong and take a couple of days to clear out the system,i use this with d3 K2, magnesium cod liver oil and zinc every couple of months cycle

Super Super vitamin B complex, feel the benefits straight away great value for money. However very strong tasting and smelling which lingers. Makes you pee bright yellow which is a given for some B vitamins. I tried another B Complex that was not so harsh however it lasted a third of the time and was twice the price.

Good value for money although tablets are on the larger side which might be an issue for anyone who doesn’t like swallowing tablets. Other B complexes available but often more expensive and have lower vitamin contents. Tablets have a strong smell (not overly unpleasant but sometimes can leave an unusual taste for a little while after taking) Will look like you’ve dropped a yellow highlighter in the toilet for a few hours after taking
