Is this brush good for applying liquid foundation?

Yes it is with the curved rounded end, the flat end is for contouring etc, it's a Good all rounder brush.

Hi...the angled end is 3cm and the smaller side is just over 2cm. It is slightly tapered yes. It's really soft, good buy! I use the angled edge for contouring all the time

Would this be too wide for nose contouring?

One end would be, the other could be but could also be a tad too wide.

Can this brush be used like a regular kabuki for buffing foundation?

You could, I tend to use the larger brush for applying foundation and the smaller brush for concealer. I thoroughly recommend the brush, it’s great!
