Can I get replacement filters and valve

Probably, but at £12 for a complete new laerdal and £7.50 for other makes just get new.

Is this detachable valve compatable with a tracheostomy?

The valve to pocket mask uses the same size fitting as a normal Bag-Valve-Mask resuscitator so if the tracheostomy is compatible with that, then it should fit. Its been a long time since I did the familiarisation course so I can't guarantee it. Hope that helps.
