The velcro adhesive pads didn't adhere well at all to my helmet and started to fall off after a good sweat within a day. How many are included? Also, what is the length of the strips?** A: There is total of 9 strips. Our kit is a 9 piece/strip universal kit, with 5/16 inch thickness. Each piece/strip is 6 inch length and 3/4 inch width. **Q: Do you have to use the Velcro tabs with these strips?** A: The pads stick to the hook fasteners we include.
