Thanks for your question. Unfortunately this product isn't really designed as weight bearing. Whilst it's perfectly fine for foot traffic, the weight of an electric wheelchair may cause it to flex and potentially damage the cables underneath.

I only have a speaker wire running across the floor in front of a door. how would this do in front of a door?

What cable size/extension lead cable diameter fits inside?

I have twin Fender instrument cables in mine. Each cable looks to be about 8mm diameter and the fit is comfortable, not tight at all.

Can it used outside for Xmas tree lights wire? The car would drive over it 4x a day. Thanks

Unfortunately, this would not be suitable for a vehicle to drive over, this product is more for light traffic, such as pedestrians etc to prevent trips.
