What is the difference between Mira sport max models 1.1746.008 and 1.1746.004

I think the difference is the 004 has no air boost function. To be honest I would buy the 004 model next time as this air boost function does very little and is something that is more likely to go wrong than offer any benefit. The 008 model is significantly more expensive so save yourself £50+ and buy yourself something pretty 😁

Does this turn off my itself, i have a mira advance atl 9.0 thermostatic shower that turn off randomly while having a shower. I have 2 tur themainsoff

The Mira Sport does have an auto shut off after 30 minutes, the Mira advance also has this option but is also thermostatically controlled so the Mira Sport is not the bets option to replace the Mira Advance. Also the connections are also on the opposite side of the shower.

Can the shower head and hose be removed from the riser to be hand held if needed?

The unofficial answer is yes. According to the water bylaws you are supposed to keep the hose looped through the ring to stop the shower head touching the tray and cause a back flow.
