Bought a second one just because the first one got lost somewhere! Before it did - it successfully guarded the whole family temperature tracking since 2020. Mostly used for kids of course and this is where it excels. It is simple, not expensive and yet very good. Here is why: 1. Accurate. Great and consistent accuracy if you use it correctly, especially underarm. With mouth or rectal measurements it's harder to make it wrong, but with underarm you need to ensure a good contact with the skin. 2. Fast. Speed is super important when you're trying to measure the temperature of a crying baby at 3 AM. Braun claims 8-14 seconds but I have to say it's often much faster than that. I think it's related again to how good the contact is especially underarm. If contact is good - the temp climbs and correspondingly gets read faster. 3. Great display. It's big enough, with clear big numbers and very helpfully colour coded between green, yellow and red - corresponding to temperatures per age. 4. Other features - it's light, has a handy cover for the tip, and the tip itself is nice and flexible which definitely helps to make it more comfortable especially for smaller babies. 5. Battery - for the first thermometer which we used almost 6 years - I did change the battery maximum once if at all. This is what you need when you take it out and need to measure temperature quickly and not look around for batteries. TO NOTE / suggested improvement: You have the option to select the age 0-3, 3-36 or 36+ months. This won't change the measurement but will impact how it is colour coded as for small babies lower temperature, like 38 is already considered high. The only thing I wish was improved is that at the stage of age selection - for the screen to be even lightly lighted up so that you can see it in the dark. As again, if you're measuring your child's temperature in the middle of the night - you need some source of light to be able to see this, which is not always convenient. Otherwise it's simply a great little device, absolutely worth it's money and something I can responsibly recommend! Hope you don't need it often, stay well and healthy! Cheers!

Life saver for sick days – finally a thermometer that actually works! I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share how much this Braun thermometer has made life easier for us. I bought this Braun Age Precision thermometer on 14 October 2025 especially for my kids. I’ve already used it a few times and I’ve been genuinely happy with it as compared to the previous thermometers I had. From the first time I used it, it felt thoughtfully designed as the flexible tip makes it comfortable and safe whether I use it under the arm for the kids. The temperature reading comes back fast usually within 8 seconds and seems accurate and consistent, which makes knowing whether kids are running a fever much easier. When you power it up it asks you about the age group first. The age‑adjusted colour‑coded display is a small touch but really helpful and it takes the guesswork out of “normal vs alarm” depending on whether it’s for a baby or an adult. In short, its a simple but very dependable thermometer that makes taking temperatures quick, easy and stress‑free. I am happy with this little device so far and I highly recommend it.

Good thermometer, accurate and easy to use. It gives readings quickly and seems accurate compared to other thermometers I’ve used. The display is clear and easy to read, even in low light. The only small downside is that it needs to be positioned correctly to get the most consistent result, but once you get used to it, it works well. Overall, it’s a reliable product from a trusted brand and good value for the money.

It is one of the best. Easy to use and take the temperature reading with accuracy. Easy to set it up before the reading and well made. Definitely worth the money. Pretty useful product.

I got this from my baby registry and haven’t used it for 7m,l because i haven’t had the need to. Recently my baby had flu and I had to bring this out to use, it is very easy to use and it takes accurate temperature reading. You also get to choose baby’s age range easily on the thermometer. It’s cute and very light, and baby didn’t even make a fuss when I used it on her. It’s got a nice little lid to store it properly so yeah, i highly recommend

Ottimo termometro, lo tengo su qualche secondo in più per essere più sicura della temperatura misurata

Misurazione veloce, in pochi secondi riesce a rilevare la temperatura. Trovo comodo la selezione della fascia di età, l’uso è intuitivo. L’unica pecca è la luce troppo intensa, nella misurazione notturna può creare difficoltà, svegliando il bambino. Nel complesso trovo che sia un buon prodotto, meglio di altre marche, meno precisi e più lenti.

Este termómetro Braun ha sido una gran compra para nuestra familia. Es muy fácil de usar, incluso cuando el bebé está moviéndose o un poco inquieto. La medición es rápida y, en mi experiencia, muy precisa, lo que te da tranquilidad inmediata cuando necesitas comprobar la temperatura de tu peque. Me gusta que tiene una pantalla clara y fácil de leer, tiene 3 colores (verde, naranja y rojo) para ponerte más facilidad a la hora de leerlo, además de adaptarse a la edad de los más pequeños y el diseño es cómodo para manos pequeñas o adultas ya que tiene punta flexible. Además, el sonido de aviso cuando termina la lectura es útil para saber que ya está listo sin necesidad de quedarse observando todo el tiempo. En general, lo recomiendo 100 % si buscas un termómetro fiable, cómodo y práctico para el uso diario con bebés 🤒👶✨

Ich finde es Super, nach 11 Sekunden hatte ich das Ergebnis habe nochmal nachgemessen mit dem Thermometer das wir bisher genutzt haben und es war kein Unterschied. Jetzt kann unsere Maus strampeln und muss beim Fieber messen nicht ewig still halten.
