Its quite heavy and a little hard to place if you're on your own. I'd suggest over a t shirt as i found it too cold after being in the freezer overnight. Just keep it on for intervals 10.15 mins. I used it after surgery placing 12 screws on the ball of bone and a plate down the length. So a big deal. Been especially great in the heatwave x

A good idea but just a little difficult to mould to the body once frozen. Helped with the pain though.

The shoulder is not 100% yet. But this shoulder ice pack was/is fabulous.The fact I can move about with the ice pack on and not having to hold it in place, is really what I needed.I will tell friends and family where they can buy one. Because they won't be getting the one I have.Because I know, I would never see it again.

I used this after being diagnosed with rotator cuff tendonopathy.I am 5 foot 4, size 14/16 have broad shoulders. This was clunky to fit across my shoulder and chest and was quite large down my arm. It did secure up ok, but was awkward to get on due to my.shoulder injury so you may need help.It remains flexible when when just out the freezer. It does stay cool but don't expect it to stay cool for hours.Overall the concept is good and i was able to wear it a little whilst working. But it became uncomfortable and the straps were itchy.It is helpful for someone who may need help securing it in place though, just not for trying to get on with day to day activities expecting it to stay in place and be comfortable .

This was good for rotator cuff after surgery, although it is quite heavy.Fit for purpose and aided recovery.

Once you learn how to put the item on, it is easy to use and excellent to ice the shoulder/ upper arm. Easy to re freeze even though it takes some space in the freezer. Excellent to relieve muscle soreness or injury. 2 sides, 1 is soft which protects the skin, the other smooth for more direct contact. The lilac colour makes it easy to see from the standard blue packs. I would thoroughly recommend this item.

I bought this product for a strained shoulder and arm. Best Ice Pack Ever! It fits very well and stays in place. The bonus is you can put it on yourself. Before you put it on you first need to set the velcro loosely for the arm section then the shoulder section. I put it over my head first, then I slide my injured arm in and tighten the arm velcro, I then place the shoulder section where I want it and take my opposite arm and slide it under the strap of the shoulder and it automatically navigates under your arm, you then tighten the velcro strap and voila, you did it yourself. I first ordered the standard size but I found the shoulder strap was not long enough and couldn't manipulate it easily so I returned it to order the XL which the shoulder strap is longer so I can slide my opposite arm under strap with ease and tighten it with ease. I would order XL if you are 140 lbs or more.

This shoulder pack works beautifully. I have bursitis and when it flares up I have a great deal of pain. The pack stays cold for quite a while and helps to relieve the pain. It folds easily to go in my freezer. It is easy to put on and stays in place. It is easily adjusted to various sizes. The material side is soft and feels good on the skin. It is versatile and can be used to other body pars if needed. Have purchased two so I always have one extra if needed.
