Ginkgo and Ginseng Tablets - 60 Tablets

I bought this pack of tablets intially because a friend told me they would help with 'brain fog' - that moment when, as the older person in the office, you know the word you want but can't remember it. I'm talking of normal, age-related symptoms here, although there is early clinical evidence that the use of Ginkgo might assist with dementia in the long run. After about four days I did find that the tablets were helping - my memory is better and my thinking processes more alert. Far more important for me is the effect on my circulation, as I suffer from Raynaud's Syndrome and get 'dead' fingers in the winter time.I found that these tablets are truly stunning for that - just stop it completely. Ginseng is a herb which is also reputed to improve your energy levels and lower high blood sugar. I had already found it useful to take Ginseng sometimes, so by combining it with my Ginkgo I can reduce the number of tablets I have to swallow per day. These ones are bright green but slim and I had no difficulty in swallowing them. All in all, I wouldn't be without this supplement now. I find that I feel more alert, and a little more relaxed, when I do. My 'dead' fingers are cured completely when I take it. This supplement is just that - it's not a permanent cure and I have to take it every day for consistent relief of the symptoms. I do speak to my doctor about the use of supplements, and I understand that an excess of Ginkgo may cause diarrhoea - I personally have had no noticeable symptoms from these tablets and have gone back and re-purchased three times now. Suitable for those wanting to supplement with Ginkgo and Ginseng at a reasonable price.

I bought these and went through a few as directed but noticed I could not sleep at night (I am a deep sleeper normally). This issue stopped when I stopped taking them. After a while I started taking them again, and my nights became difficult again, I would wake up in the middle and wold be unable to sleep. Strange. I stopped taking them, and sleep came back - and it's been normal ever since. Contacted customer service and apparently it's only me having these issues! They promptly sent me a replacement vitamin pack. Normally this is an excellent company with amazing products, so no doubt I had an unfortunate case. Still buying Perfectil from them - it's amazing and it works!

I am taking meds and this, along with other factors, really affected my ability to study effectively. I felt like my brain was too unfocused and wandered instead of grasping what I was reading. After reading reviews on this I gave it a go and it worked very well for me very fast. I feel much more focused and can study/work for hours. Energy levels are up and my mood is improved too. However, side effect wise, this supplement boosted my appetite and made me very susceptible to all sorts of sounds/noise. I found reviews that it’s normal for ginseng/ashwangandha though. hope these will both pass.

Found the oroduct easy to swallow and have felt significant improvement after taking them .
