Great band! Used it weekly to for many years to train my rotator cuff muscles. Ordered a replacement and expect it will also last for many more years of training the SITS muscles. My red band gets the most use by far, but I have all the other colored bands and use them for assisted pull ups and assisted tricep dips. I bought both the red band + green band for working out as I travelled with my friends, from my experience all you need is the red band. The green bands resistance is too high and you won't be able to squat + deadlift with it comfortably (we typically skipped those exercises). Instead the red band gives a nice workout to the upper region of your body, for both your shoulders, chest, back and even arms too. Just get creative and you can probably hit more areas as well. Wanted you guys to keep in mind that my friends and I purchased this for working out as we travelled and not for rehab etc.

I am currently recovering from a major abdominal surgery. I am not yet released by my doctor to lift serious weight yet. My husband recommended I look into these bands to exercise with during this phase of my recovery. I was pleasantly surprised when I received them in the mail to see how thick and durable these are. And then, I took them to the gym and was further impressed. I feel resistance and localized "workout burn" I'm the muscle I am working. It does not overly stress my core muscles, and at the same time works on my core stabilization. I'm not breaking my limitations of not being able to "throw around weight", and get I'm getting a phenomenal workout. I've used these bands 3 times now and can say that once I gain strength and flexibility with this band, that I will be buying the next band size up. For those considering buying this product, I've attached a photo. On the left is the theraband my physical therapist have me to stretch with and workout with. On the right is my WOD Nation band. You'll notice the difference in thickness and quality. Definitely worth the investment. Thank you for making a quality product!

Désolée j'ai dû retourner cet article. Je me suis trompée. Je voulais 1 élastiband résistance 7 kgs. Celle reçu beaucoup trop rigide. Je suis en rééducation pour l'épaule et mon kiné m'a dit que cela ne me convenait pas. Dommage car apparemment bonne qualité. Je ne l'ai pas défaite du paquet. Je l'ai renvoyé le 08/09. Espérons que je trouverai quelque chose qui me convienne mieux une prochaine fois quand mon état de santé se sera amélioré. Livraison ultra rapide, merci. Vendeur super rapide, merci à lui.
