Mixed Chicks Leave in Conditioner, 1000 ml

I have typical thick, mixed raced curly hair, it is quite long and soft but also has ALOT of frizz. I have recently had blonde highlights put in my hair and found that this made my hair even more frizzy and left my curls being limp and basically dead! I have heard a lot about this product from friends and looked at the online reviews and it sounded amazing so despite the price I thought I would take the risk. (It's a lot of money to spend on a product you don't know is going to suit your needs) so you can imagine how happy I am to find that my hair has immediately gotten curlier, less frizz but a lot of volume curls are more defined and I didn't even use a lot of it! Definitely recommending to friends, I don't usually write reviews but honestly this product is 10/10. Hope this helps

I have long frizzy, curly hair and after a search on the internet found this product. I thought...well, may as well give it a try,...I am so pleased that I did. This product is truly amazing, but, for me it works best on nearly dry hair, when I used it on wet hair, it didn't work at all, so my advice is - experiment , to find how Mixed Chicks best works for you. It leaves my hair in quite tight, smooth, individual curls. I am not of mixed race, just a British woman with frizzy hair, which it appears I have now seen the back of....yay!!! Thanks Mixed Chicks!

It’s a lovely conditioner but is a little too heavy for my hair. if my hair were a little more curly. It would be perfect. It does seem to kill frizz and define the hair form.

If left unconditioned my hair can feel wirey, dry and can easily knot up. My hair looks bushy and is actually "very thirsty". Using a conditioner after shampooing is a must. After using a regular conditioner; I then use the Mixed Chicks leave-in conditioner. It is the product I have been looking for that gives my now curly hair that extra umph. Definining my curls for a quick every day style or allowing me to twist my hair into loose ringlets for a smarter going out style. The product holds my hair all day and sometimes even through to the next day. This is my second purchase of the larger bottle. I see it as value for money as I use it every day/every other day and it lasts for months. Top marks!

Works really well in my daughter's hair. Definitely controls frizz, softens and makes her hair more manageable. I only use this on wet or damp hair hair and haven't experienced any residual flakes once dry. I can imagine using on dry hair may cause it to flake up though as it is quite a thick mixture. I'll be buying more when the current bottle runs out, which looks like it will last for a while. It is a little pricey but since it works and will last a long time, I personally think it's definitely worth buying.

From the front it looks solid but it can ruin ur hair as it doesn't really smell that good but if ur on a budget l guess this is good.. but id DEFINTILY recommend buying this conditioner from a real store in real life.

After spending a lot of money on trial and error I’ve once again come back to mixed chicks. It’s absolutely brilliant. I highly recommend this for frizzy, wavy, curly, thick and thin hair. I’ve even curled my own (naturally straight) hair and used mixed chicks in stead of hair spray. Just to lightly hold the curls. My daughters hair is very dry but this product is the only one that doesn’t dry it out further or leave build up in her hair. Leaves her hair looking healthy wavy and natural. Absolutely love this stuff!

The item came in the time stated and what an item !! My four children all have different hair types and textures ranging from Afro to ringlets and this was amazing on all their hair. It did not dry their hairs out, and washed out beautifully with no residue left in their hair. It really does control frizz and smells Devine. The only downside, I wish the bottle wash bigger for the price.. 4 kids and a bottle that size - id go bankrupt ! So have needed to find a better priced option !

I tried many products in the last few years until find out this one.It’s perfect, non greasy, and I like the smell. Make my mid curly hair beautiful. I love it.

We tried other natural alternatives because of the price, but we ended up coming back to this conditioner—and we’re so glad we did! It works well for both of our children’s different hair textures. The curls stay in place, and sometimes all it takes in the morning is a little water and a bit of styling—no need to reapply product. We’ve purchased it, repurchased it, and will continue to do so. Highly recommend for curly hair that needs gentle, effective care!

I am in the Army and keep my hair pulled up tight in a bun for at least 10 hours on a work day. I am Irish and my hair is super thick and tends to dry out easily. This product is perfect for my hair needs. I massage it into my wet hair before I pull it up. It’s help keep my hair healthy and soft and also helps it grow. Local stores I visit only keep the smaller bottles on the shelves so this size bottle is a life saver and goes a long way.

I took my time to evaluate the product, and now, after my 4th purchase, I feel confident to write a review, considering the long/term results of the leave-in! I do have a 3b/3c hair, and I am a total mixed chick, with blended Jewish/African/Portuguese origins. My hair is extremely dry, and I do live close to the polar circle (so, the weather conditions do not help). Since I moved here (ca. 5 years), I've struggled to find a product suitable for my hair, and I finally found it! Before mixed chicks, I've tried all possible famous brands (Sebastian, Paul Mitchel, Deva Curl, etc), and the results were never what I was used to have in my home country. Now, I finally feel that I am investing my money in a good hair product! Mixed chicks managed to give me all the results I would like to have: well-defined curls, no frizz, controlled volume, hydrated curls and, finally, the overall look where I can recognize myself again! If your curl are above 3b, I totally recommend! As a final note, I do not recommend mixing it with Sebastian or Paul Mitchel products because I've tried and I got dandruff while combining products. However, this side-effect disappeared after I stopped mixing, and I am very happy with the product!
