A: On the belt I have, all the pockets and hammer holder are permanently rivotted in place and cannot be moved.

well made. pockets are a little small as in depth. my old one is deeper. only 1 hammer slot on right side. no tape holder on middle pocket. its go for the price but I personally wouldn't get this on again.
