Poor quality supplier service
While the product is good with respect to quality of fitment & comfort. The supplier of this product tried to shortchange by sending a used product & Amazon team appeared to be hand in glove with the supplier as they packed the product in Amazon packing however when the product was returned the revised product was delivered without any Amazon packing but the product was fresh.

Ye footwear Maine apni mother ke liy purchase ki thi. It was a surprise gift for my mom and it's really best for her extact size,comfee footbed & overall gooood my mom liked it thank u baa Amazon & also delivery boy thanks all of u for best efforts. But bata company se mujhe ek problem hai ki inke prduct ache hote hai but online purchase best hai inke shops par customer ke sath behad uncomfortable treat hota hai to bata co is problem par agar sudhar kr le to better hai but online bata footwear ka experience badiya hai thanks 🙏

A good buy if you dont go for looks
I would have given them 5 stars but the beads onthe foot wear didn't really stick for long and just came off in a day or two. Otherwise a comfortable product, looks wise okay, fit is good does not bite the foot for too long, loved it.
