Review: Great Cutting Disc Set. - ’ve been using the Dremel 690 EZ SpeedClic Cutting Wheels Set for a few DIY projects, and it’s proven to be a really handy and well-designed accessory kit for the Dremel rotary tool. It's compatible with my Dremel 3000. What I really like about this set: Quick and Easy to Attach: The EZ SpeedClic system is brilliant. The discs snap on and off in a second, no tools needed. **Q: What kind of gloves should i wear, when using these cutting wheels with a dremel-3000, to cut the steel backpanel of dell dimension 8400 pc case?**
A: OK, so you want to know what type of gloves will protect your hands if the dremel hit your hand? (the spinning disc that is designed to slice through sheet steel)  Well, you are going to want gloves that dont exist. Steel mesh gloves worn by divers might help but I cant help but feel you are in more danger using a dremel with these gloves on, than being careful using the dremel.Sorry I cant help more.

**Q: does the kit have the mandrel in and does it fit any dremel**
A: The mandrel is the click system and fits any click system cutting or grinding discs.Its worth every penny and actually works unlike most other products on the market.

**Q: Will these cutting disc's go through stainless steel?**
A: Yes, with limitations. I have cut up to a 10mm 316L bolt but do not think this is best method - hacksaw would have been more efficient. I use mine on my yacht a fair bit. I would not try for heavier / more sustained work.

**Q: Will this cut screws. Have long screws dangerously sticking out, rather than remove & replace them with a smaller screw, I would like to cut ends off.**
A: Using this kit I have cut screws with no problem. Dremel is one of the best tools I ever bought. I even have an attachment that enables me to sharpen my chain saw

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A brilliant idea and system but you have to take extra care when using them

The whole Dremel system is just great and these cutting tools are very hard so will cut bolts (which is what I used them for as I put up a side gate). Apart from the huge stream of sparks that was emitted (wear goggles) the worse thing was that although these could easily cut the bolts, if the tool was moved even a tiny amount out of true the disk would jam in the slot it was cutting and sheer off its Speed Click mounting. I managed to ruin 3 disks this way (which I why I'm stocking up on more); even though I took extra care with the final disk as I knew it was my last one it too was wrenched off its mounting spindle when it was barely 10% used. So use with great care and keep the tool perfectly aligned in the cutting slot - and never ever rush it as that is an immediate recipe for disaster (don't ask me how I know). I still like these (love them and the Dremel even) but I'm definitely knocking a star off due to the fragile nature of the mounting. If I had been cutting smaller bolts (of a hobbyist nature) rather than 8mm gate bolts I probably wouldn't have had this issue. So, cautiously recommended!
