Judge Electric Skillet Non-Stick Multicooker, 30cm, Electric Frying Pan with Glass Lid & Carry Handles

Great item

I purchased this little cooker as Judge was the name on the label and we had one of their frying plans for years of reliable service. Apart from the name I also bought the cooker as its low wattage which is idea for use on camp sites and in particular where the output is low wattage. On first use it is a little disconcerting as it keeps switching off on at the low settings and you have to get used to it coming up to a boil for a few seconds and then shutting down. I haven’t had a pan that cycles on/off with such an effect. Don’t get me wrong, the temperature of the food is maintained and I have both slow cooked a curry over several hours on a low setting and pan fried steak, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions all in the same pan on a high setting. (On the high setting it’s fairly constantly at high temperature and doesn’t switch off). It’s so versatile once you get used to it’s querky on/off cooking you’ll be glad you made the purchase. It’s early days yet so long term I will update this review but after a month of regular use in our Motorhome the non-stick coating has remained intact and makes it very easy to clean. I ended up using this little cooker as preference to the BBQ as its so easy to clean.

Good size and easy to operate but the thermo can be a right pain, was hooking fillet steaks on campsite and started of great as we like rare. But within no time of the steaks being added to the pan the thermostat cut out and took a minute to start heating again. It’s ok for 30 quid but I wouldn’t have wanted to spend anymore, it’s fine on site but wouldn’t use in the house.

Very nice to fry with and heats up straight away

I cannot understand why my return item was a month only. Having had the item 8 months the non stick surface is bubbling off. I can remember a time when this was not thought healthy. So cannot return. Item only used half a dozen times. Very poor dont buy one

The Judge electric skillet is brilliant and made of quality materials. It's economical and reasonably priced. We bought 2, one for our caravan. These skillets are very versatile and not only cook a full English but many other types of cooking..

I’m persevering with this but the thermostat cuts out I start on 2 or 3 and it cuts out and takes ages to come back on so I’m constantly having to up the number. I don’t want to have to keep turning it up and down. It wasn’t my first choice and I wish I had bought the other one which doesn’t seem to have a thermostat issue. Plus I should have taken better note of other buyers issues with the thermostat.

Pfanne würde mit Stecker BS 1363 (UK-Stecker) geliefert kann nur mit Adapter betrieben werden.

En la publicidad pone un tamaño peror ealmente no es ese. Anuncian una anchura de 42 cmts pero la sarten en sí mide 30 cmts. 42 no es el tamaño de la vasija si no el total contando las asas

Enchufe es para ingletera!!! Y no viene con adaptador para España ni se explica eso en la descripción. Que Defraude. Lo voy a devolver.
