is the dispenser made of metal and chrome coated ?

I believe its plastic with chrome coating

What labels does it come with? The photos just show shampoo and conditioner. I would like to use it for shampoo and shower gel.

Comes with various labels. Had one on my old house for 20yrs so when I moved I bought new ones for my new house, they are simple to instal and keep showers clear of bottles

Has anyone got a picture of what they recieved? Also any sign of discolouring when been used fir a while

You get all what’s in pic / description. The dispenser, lid, wall bracket, glue, stickers.

Are these screw fittings?

No a silicone adhesive is supplied and some double sided self adhesive pads. Both of which are used, the pads are stuck to the dispenser then the silicone is applied to the back of the dispenser and it is then suck to the wall tiles and held in place by the double sided adhesive pads while the silicone cures. This is much better and easier than screws and no posibility of water entering the wall through any holes. The silicone is very strong and will stick to any surface. Mine has been fitted for 12months now with no problems.
