Secure Denture Adhesive Strips 15 pack

Best I'v found for use can eat comfortably they stay on until you take off. I'd diffently recommend 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

This is for me the best adhesive.strip on the market. However, the strips are curved to fit pull upper and lower dentures. As I only have a small partial denture this means I have to cut the Secure denture strip down to size. It is okay when I'm in the house but if I need to add adhesion to my denture when I'm out, it is too much of a fiddle to find scissors etc. I imagine there are many like me who would prefer a straight strip. I realise there are manufacturing implications to this suggestion but I would bet they'd sell. Meanwhile I go between the Polygrip strips which are the right size and Secure which I prefer for hold. These were bought for a friend who has had to change products, as the ones she always used are now unavailable. These proclaim to be waterproof and no moving around when eating and drinking. What a lot of tosh!!! She fitted them and thought that they would be wonderful, only to find that after she started to drink a cuppa, they practically dissolved in her mouth, leave a gloopy snotty texture and a piece of material like substance, a bit like a gauze bandage effect, which as the adhesive melted, allowed the material to slide all over her mouth. A lumpy, snotty mess. Disgusting!!!!

for me it's the best I've used so far

The best grip for my lower denture. These strips are easily mounded to sit inside your denture and provide a secure hold for hours. PROS: less messy than cream and no over spill into your mouth. Easy to carry a backup in your wallet or purse if you have an "emergency" Even distribution of grip Easier to remove from denture as the foundation of this is a small gauze that helps you remove in one go. CONS: You need a small pair of scissors to cut off overlap - I use a small pair of curved nail scissors ( if you get caught short you can fold back overlap but not ideal) Only 15 in a box HEADS UP: when eating hot food sometimes the strips do loose some adhesive strength but still provide some hold. If you keep with them and bite down pressing the denture back onto you gum it seems to improve once you've finished eating . I wasted a few strips until I discovered this.

This is the first time that i have used the strips, they were recommended for lower dentures although were said to be good for uppers also. I have been using the denture adhesive also by this company and thought that it was the best that i had found. However after trying the strips i find them so much better. I never seemed to be able to judge the correct amount of adhesive needed and even took to taking a tube with me whenever i left the house, but with the strips i have felt much more comfortable and secure. The were easy to apply and as i write i have had them in for more than 24 hours without any movement. I am very happy with the product, my only concern is the price as they work out much more expensive than the adhesive, if they were the same price it would be perfect. But overall I am very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone that I know is struggling with their dentures. As a point of interest i had to visit my dentist and remove my denture, which i did with great difficulty. She was very impressed with the adhesive but had never heard of it. Perhaps you need to upgrade your publicity and let dental practices know of this wonderful product. I only came across it after using a search engine to find the best denture adhesive. I understand that it is an American product, so was very grateful to be able to find it on Amazon. I feel much more confident now and happier after the lows of having to wear a denture. strip slides off the denture after a couple of hours especially after eating l change mine twice a day which makes it expensive

Sticks to top and bottom dentures. Doesn't leave a gooy mess in your mouth or taste. Very easy to put on. Lady's all day and next day if need be
