Well priced for 6 bottles at under £50. Been having this stuff for a few years now on an empty stomach with chia seeds and black seeds mixed in water. Normally have 2-3 table spoons. Since i started, I haven’t put on any weight and I certainly am not getting younger nor am I watching what i eat! In case you’re interested, i soak 2 table spoons of chia seeds in water overnight in a glass bottle, then in the morning i’ll add 2 tea spoons of black seeds (Nigella sativa), then i’ll mix in the ACV (2-3 table spoons). Give it a mix and have it on an empty stomach.
