The one I received does not match the picture
The product I received is totally different, although they are all tapioca flour, but the one I received is 455g, slightly less than what I should received.

Experiment with mix for crispy batter
You want crispy battered, use some of this in the mix. Also could use semolina or at push gluten free flour as a part of the dry mix. Try 20 to 25% but you'll need to experiment to see what works for your technique and preference. This is a good product and worked well.

Gluten free
Arrived on time. I have only used it once so far in a recipe for gluten free bread sticks. The recipe turned out well and I will definitely be using this ingredient again in gluten free bread recipes
