I wasn’t expecting much from a knee sleeve, but this one genuinely impressed me. The fit is snug without feeling restrictive, and it gives just the right amount of support whether I’m working out, walking, or just getting through a long day on my feet. It stays in place (no annoying slipping or rolling down), and the material is not very breathable so does get sweaty. I am 110kg, 6ft quite large legs and it’s a snug fit, any bigger and it would not fit What I noticed most is the stability—it gives my knee that extra bit of confidence and support that makes movement feel smoother and less stressful.

This has really helped with my knee pain. I like the fact that it has three strong adjustable straps, especially the one that goes below the knee, as it gives excellent support. Very comfortable to wear all day too. Would recommend.

Says it supports weak injured or arthritic knees. As i am doing gymwork to help my knee which ticks all three boxes i'm hoping for the best and maybe get back to running again.

It’s comfortable to wear but I gave it a four star only because I had to stretch it a bit to get the middle piece around my knee.
