I have found these do a great job when you are looking to get some sleep.You need to make sure they are properly fitted, packaging has easy instructions with images, easy to read when travelling.As is their purpose they don't block out sound completely, but definitely reduced it significantly and also "dull" the higher pitched noises. Find it much easier to get sleep and stay asleep.There are 3 storage cases, one with zip, one for my key chain and one small plastic box for silicone putty, - perfect for me.One point. I loved these for sleep.Well, after a couple weeks of use they just slipped out and they keep slipping out again. This makes it harder to pull them out and I feel they don't supress sound as they lose their shape. Disappointed as bought this product primarily for the silicone plugs.I have contacted customer support and hopefully this will get sorted. Unfortunately have to leave a negative review for now.EDIT: I have contacted support and they quickly responded offering to replace the defective pair.
