Has anyone felt that their purchase has been watered down? I only take note of verified purchase reviews

No not at all, I loved these products, above more expensive versions. However, this product used to come in two parts with a vitamin c powder in a vial which would be added to a liquid in the bottle. It was brilliant! He his is a pre mixed version which I don't find as great as the original, but still good for the price.
