Coco Professional Pro Soil 50L, Brown

We all know its the best option and with the price of all other soils going up this is seeming more affordable by the cycle.

The coir coco professional pro soil is by far the best product I have tried, I usually use the coir bricks which you add water to to increase the volume but this is far superior as it's not coarse like the coir which is condensed into the brick product. The professional feels lighter when you are using it and it has a nice touch, I have used it when adding to new plants into the garden, I have also used it to improve my clay soil to improve the structure (as the clay dries out on the surface mixing it with the clay helps to keep the soil structure and it takes a few years for the coir to break down so its an added bonus of having this product. I've also used it to re-pot house plants as it aerates plant roots and I have found my house plants are growing much better than using the conventional peat products or the peat free varieties which are on the horticultural market. I haven't used it for growing seeds but after using it in the garden and indoors I'm swayed by the the many uses it can be used for. After watching a gardening programme about using coir I wouldn't go back to using peat products as coir is natural and produced from coconut fibre. I'd also like to add it holds water but it dries out if you use it for house plants and you must keep an eye out in between watering your plants, it doesn't have added plant food like peat products so you've got to add your own.

Would of definitely been a 5* rating being a good price and very fast delivery but unfortunately item was posted in its original packaging not very discreet and the bag had a few holes from delivery resulting in slight loss of soil. need to do better with the packaging guys. still happy and would consider using again.

This soil is great . My palm tree was almost dead with only one leaves remain on it . I try all kind of soils and still struggle to survive. I use this soil mixed with some john i 3 and some Perlite and my palm is doing great again. I highly recommend!

No box came with the Coco as others have mentioned. The Coco itself pH was out of sync also but managed to sort that. The Coco is good stuff but be warned the pH varies from batch to batch, I put these issues down to being a popular product. There should be discreet packaging though...

Hello dear Reviewer, I must say that I spent a lot of time selecting the right producer for my substrate, and I am completely satisfied right now. The product was well-packed, clean, and intact. The substrate was slightly moist, but the quality is wonderful. I was afraid the substrate could be infected due to poor storage because I have had a lot of issues with small flies and insects, but it turned out very well. For example, the last time I ordered substrate from BioBiz, it was infected with horrible insects that ate all the roots, and not even a special pesticide could kill them. So, I am fully satisfied with my choice. One additional suggestion: I know there are many discussions about how to prepare the substrate for growth. I will share a tip that worked well for me, and I hope it helps you too. First, add perlite to the substrate. Add approximately 15% to help your plants breathe and prevent salt buildup. Next, use polypropylene, which you can find in many packages nowadays. Crack it into pieces that are 1-2 cm and add a 2-3 cm layer to the bottom of the pot. This will also ensure proper drainage.
