**Q: Can I use this DualSaw like a ChainSaw? I want to cut trees in my backyard. Thanks for your answers.**
A: I have not used it for trees as I have a small battery chain saw for that.  But I would see no reason why you could not.  I only used it to cut off an umbrella so far.  Am waiting for winter projects after Christmas.

This saw does what the infomercial says. It cuts through anything! Very smoothly. After trying to cut cast iron sewer pipes with other methods. We used this saw and it cut through like butter.Update December 24, 2014: It's true this saw did work well.. After the third use it started smoking etc. lost power. Sparks a lot. Smells like it is burned out. I'm not sure if mine is still under warranty. I will be calling to check.I can't edit the number of stars. So it stays at 5. I will update this review after I call manufacturer.

### ⭐⭐⭐ good saw

I used this to cut some 1/2" steel pieces. It worked pretty well and pretty fast. You can not get into corners very well at all though. If you are cutting things that are not in tight spaces this will work great. It seemed to lose a little performance during the two nights I used it. We will see how well it holds up later.

### ⭐ Junk do not buy.  used it several times and motor smelled hot, later it stopped working.

Junk do not buy. Motor smelled burnt after a few uses. I call representative who told it was normal when new. A few more uses and the motor stopped working. I was going to call Costco to return it but I put it away and forgot about it. It is junk. I am surprised Costco sold this saw. I hope that it has been recalled by the manufacturer so that I can get my money back.
