Can you freeze yogurt instead of purees?

Absolutely! I use these for milk, yogurts, fruit puree and juice. They're great sometimes needs a little hot water poured on for a second to release the popsicle though, but I dont mind that

I steam strawberries, blueberries and spinach, then blend it all. Add a tiny bit of water, then pour into the moulds.
